At the heart of the Edge AI Camera Plus range is IDIS’s revamped analytics engine, IDLA Pro. This powerhouse promises to boost operational efficiency for security teams. Equipped with on-the-edge analytics, the range boasts five new game-changing functions: crowd detection, abandoned/removed object detection, fall detection, and violence detection. The aim? The system recognizes a range of attributes, including a subject’s gender, age, and whether they’re wearing glasses, hats, or masks, or carrying bags. It also distinguishes between vehicle types (sedans, trucks, buses, motorcycles, etc.) and colors.
