Gunnebo Entrance Control is expanding its reach in Northern Europe with the acquisition of Special Montering, a Danish firm specializing in access control installation and maintenance. The move is set to boost Gunnebo’s local service capabilities and strengthen its regional operations.

Local Expertise Meets Global Reach

Special Montering, established in 2009 and based in Aarhus with a branch in Copenhagen, has made a name for itself delivering locks, door automation, and access management solutions. Its clientele spans commercial offices, public buildings, industrial sites, and infrastructure projects.

Gunnebo Entrance Control, a global player in speed gates, turnstiles, and perimeter control systems, sees the acquisition as a strategic step to enhance customer service and reinforce its presence in the region.

A Seamless Transition
