    ONLINE: Congratulations! Your device is successfully connected to the P2P server and is ready for remote viewing. If a user still can’t connect, the issue is likely with their mobile app or their local network connection, not the camera’s.
    OFFLINE: The device is not currently connected to the P2P server. The most common causes are a lost internet connection (loose network cable, router failure, power outage, etc.). You should advise checking the network infrastructure at the installation site.
