Security and communications technology powerhouse Keenfinity Group is embarking on a new chapter of growth and innovation with a strategic organizational restructuring. The move is designed to boost agility, enhance customer focus, and streamline operations, ultimately delivering greater value to clients, partners, and employees.

A key element of this transformation is the appointment of Hubertus Muehlhaeuser as Chairman of the KEENFINITY Group. “With Hubertus Muehlhaeuser by our side, and our new structure, Keenfinity is ideally positioned to shape the future of our industries and deliver sustainable success for all,” said Peter Loeffler, CEO of Keenfinity. “We are grateful for the trust and dedication of our customers, employees, and business partners, whose ongoing support inspires us to reach new heights.”

Empowering Businesses to Lead with Customer Focus and Agility

Effective January 1st, 2026, the KEENFINITY Group will operate as a holding company comprised of four distinct business units. In addition to its well-established Intrusion & Access, Video, and Audio divisions, Keenfinity is launching a new Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business, expanding its capabilities and service offerings. Peter Loeffler will oversee the entire group, providing strategic and operational leadership.

Each of the four business units will be led by a dedicated CEO:

* Dave Pulling, a technology veteran and founder of Qolsys, takes the helm as Chairman of the Intrusion & Access Business. Gregor Schlechtriem will continue to serve as Business CEO.
* Sabrina Stainburn, who joined Keenfinity in September 2025, will lead the Video Systems Business as CEO, focusing on the development of AI-powered video systems and software solutions under the Bosch brand.
* David Hunter, appointed in July 2025, will serve as CEO of the Audio Business, bringing his expertise to the company’s portfolio of professional audio, conference, public address, and critical communication solutions from renowned brands like Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex.

The leadership of the newly formed EMS Business will be announced shortly.

The new organizational structure is designed to streamline processes, accelerate product development, and empower each Keenfinity business to effectively address its specific market with increased agility and customer focus.
