Netwatch, a global pioneer in proactive video monitoring and advanced AI-enabled security services, has today announced a significant leadership change, naming industry veteran Justin Nagy as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Nagy arrives with an impressive two decades of experience within the security sector, boasting a proven track record for orchestrating operational transformations, accelerating market growth, and scaling customer-centric enterprises. His most recent tenure saw him as CEO of The SEER Group, a prominent multi-brand home services platform, where he spearheaded a period of rapid expansion. Before that, Nagy held pivotal senior executive roles at industry giants Allied Universal and Andrews International, where he was responsible for overseeing extensive operations, optimizing service delivery, and driving substantial customer growth initiatives.
In his new capacity, Nagy will assume leadership over Netwatch’s global business operations, with a clear mandate to further cement the company’s leading position in AI-enabled proactive video monitoring and intelligent security solutions. Netwatch currently safeguards over 330,000 customer sites across the globe, leveraging a powerful blend of cutting-edge technology, real-time intervention, and unparalleled remote monitoring expertise.
Nagy expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating, “Netwatch has rightfully earned its reputation as a company that leads through relentless innovation and possesses a deep understanding of the real-world safety, security, and risk challenges organizations confront daily. What truly captivated me about this opportunity is the formidable strength of the team, the ingrained culture of innovation, and the company’s exceptionally clear vision for the future. I am confident that Netwatch is remarkably well-positioned for sustained industry leadership.”
Mark Prybutok, Chairman of the Board at Netwatch, warmly welcomed Nagy, remarking, “We are incredibly excited to welcome Justin to Netwatch at what is a truly pivotal period of growth and momentum for our company. Justin is a proven operator and a strategic visionary. His profound operational expertise, extensive industry knowledge, and forward-thinking long-term vision unequivocally position him as the ideal leader to steer Netwatch through its forthcoming phase of accelerated expansion.”
Nagy steps into the role previously held by Kurt Takahashi, whose impactful leadership was instrumental in strengthening Netwatch’s global operations and strategically positioning the company for success amidst a rapidly evolving security landscape.
