At ISC West 2025, Gallagher Security pulled back the curtain on a game-changing cloud-based solution, promising to make their robust Command Centre security system accessible from practically anywhere on the globe.
Logan Jamieson, Product Marketing Manager at Gallagher Security, took center stage to introduce “One Link,” a feature poised to liberate controller deployment, even in the most far-flung locales.
Command Centre anywhere
“We’re unleashing a new feature that makes Command Centre’s power available anywhere,” Jamieson announced. “We’re harnessing the cloud to enable our controllers to be deployed anywhere in the world.”
The solution cleverly uses 4G/5G wireless connectivity to bridge the gap between controllers in remote outposts and an organization’s central Command Centre system.
“Traditionally, integrating a remote site meant wrestling with VPNs or extending the corporate network—a complex and costly endeavor,” Jamieson explained. “We’re offering a simple, cost-effective alternative that connects them via the cloud.”
Key Market Verticals
Jamieson spotlighted key sectors poised to reap the rewards of this innovation:
* Governments and councils: “Imagine a council managing city-wide infrastructure like public restrooms or telecom cabinets. Now, they can effortlessly deploy controllers and connect them to their security operations center for centralized management and monitoring.”
* Critical infrastructure: “Remote facilities like water plants, waste management centers, power substations, and renewable energy farms are now within easy reach and securable.”
* Construction and mining: “With our controllers now untethered, you can even deploy them at construction or mining sites for rapid access control setup.”
* Multi-site enterprises: “Large organizations with multiple physically separate offices, branches, or stores can also benefit from OneLink if they want to centralize the security management of all their locations to their headquarters.”
Beyond access control
This isn’t just about remote access control; it’s about unlocking the full spectrum of Command Centre’s capabilities in these remote locations.
“That’s a key value point,” Jamieson emphasized. “It’s not just about deploying access control anywhere; it’s about leveraging Command Centre’s rich feature set.”
He illustrated with the example of city councils controlling park floodlights to slash energy bills: “By tapping into Command Center’s power, they can remotely switch floodlights on or off from headquarters, optimizing energy usage.”
Global growth strategy
When quizzed about Gallagher’s global expansion ambitions, Jamieson noted their strong foothold in Australia and New Zealand. “The US is definitely a focus. We’re really aiming to boost brand awareness there.” He also flagged Europe as “another big focus” in the company’s growth playbook.
