KEENFINITY Names Ram Dornala CEO, Doubles Down on Electronics Manufacturing

Keenfinity Group is shaking things up, spinning its Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) division into an independent entity within its corporate structure. This move signals a push for sharper operational focus and more entrepreneurial drive. While EMS will continue to be a key component of Keenfinity’s offerings, it will also aggressively pursue growth opportunities in the wider market.

New Leadership Steers the Ship

Effective immediately, Ram Dornala steps into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Electronics Manufacturing Services by Keenfinity, tasked with spearheading its strategic expansion. Dornala brings a wealth of experience to the table, gleaned from leadership positions at Cyient DLM, Wistron, and Jabil Circuit, where he honed his expertise in electronics manufacturing and strategic supply chain innovation.

Markus Willert will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Electronics Manufacturing Services by Keenfinity. Willert is charged with maintaining the high standards of quality synonymous with Keenfinity’s DNA and its Bosch heritage.

Guiding Dornala and his leadership team as an advisor is Joseph McGee. McGee’s extensive background includes managing large-scale manufacturing services for a diverse range of OEMs in the consumer, enterprise, medical, and industrial sectors, most notably through his two decades in senior leadership at Jabil Inc.

A Vision for the Future

“Electronics Manufacturing Services by Keenfinity offers a unique combination of production excellence and regional flexibility,” says Peter Loeffler, CEO of Keenfinity Group. “With Ram Dornala and Markus Willert blending fresh ideas with continuity, and Joseph McGee offering strategic counsel, we are poised to unlock new opportunities for our manufacturing services beyond our own business needs.”

EMS encompasses Keenfinity’s four manufacturing facilities, strategically located in Hermosillo, Mexico; Ovar, Portugal; Zhuhai, China; and Straubing, Germany. Building on over two decades of manufacturing expertise honed at Bosch, EMS delivers tailored solutions to a diverse range of sectors, including professional audio, security, industrial applications, energy, and mobility. Its advanced manufacturing processes span from engineering design to supply chain management, meeting stringent sector-specific quality standards while accelerating time-to-market across industries.
