Suprema Unveils Next-Gen Security Platform at ISC West 2025
Suprema, a global force in AI-driven security solutions, made a splash at ISC West 2025 in Las Vegas, showcasing a suite of new integrated security technologies designed for businesses of all sizes. The event, the largest security industry trade show in the U.S., ran from April 2-4.
The headliner was the global debut of BioStar X, Suprema’s all-in-one integrated security platform. This innovative system converges access control and video analytics into a single, powerful dashboard, enabling AI-enhanced real-time access management, video monitoring, and intelligent video analytics. This means security teams can now manage complex environments and respond swiftly to incidents, even when resources are stretched.
BioStar X: AI-Powered Security Management
At the Suprema booth, attendees witnessed firsthand BioStar X’s advanced capabilities in detecting abnormal behavior and performing in-depth video analytics. The platform, fueled by Suprema’s proprietary AI algorithm – a CES 2025 Best of Innovation Award winner – can identify potential threats such as intrusions, loitering, and falls. It also spots tailgating attempts in real-time, instantly alerting security personnel through the unified dashboard for immediate action.
The BioStar X dashboard is designed for intuitive use and customization. It features live video feeds, access logs, building maps, and one-click action buttons, allowing users to tailor their security management for optimal efficiency. The platform supports tens of thousands of users and over 5,000 connected devices, making it an ideal solution for large, complex facilities like airports, hospitals, and government buildings.
BioStar Air: Cloud-Based Access Control
Suprema also highlighted BioStar Air, a cloud-based access control system that allows organizations to create cutting-edge security infrastructure without the need for on-site servers. BioStar Air’s scalability and flexibility make it particularly well-suited for small businesses and multi-tenant properties. It supports a diverse range of authentication methods, including AI-powered biometrics, mobile access, QR codes, and RFID, enabling businesses to select the best option for their specific operational needs while boosting both security and user convenience. Remote management is also a key feature, allowing administrators to manage the system from anywhere, at any time, via mobile or desktop, increasing operational efficiency without geographical limitations.
CoreStation 20 and Enhanced Integration
Adding to its impressive lineup, Suprema introduced CoreStation 20, a new 2-door controller designed for cost-effective and scalable deployments. CoreStation 20 offers simple installation and a flexible architecture, along with robust encryption and uninterrupted operation even during network outages, ensuring high security and reliability. Furthermore, Suprema showcased seamless system integration with leading global security solution providers like Verkada, Genetec, Gallagher, and Software House, expanding compatibility and solidifying Suprema’s ability to provide optimized security solutions for diverse environments, reinforcing its presence in the North American market.
“We are thrilled to showcase our AI and cloud-driven innovations at ISC West 2025, aligning with evolving market demands. Our in-house developed AI — recognized with the CES 2025 Best of Innovation Award — elevates both security and convenience of our solutions,” said Bob McKee, President of Suprema America. “We believe this advancement will help our customers to build safer and more efficient security environments. Going forward, Suprema will continue to drive innovation and expand its presence in the North American market through cutting-edge technology and global partnerships.”
