Gallagher Security Takes Digital Badges Region-Wide

Gallagher Security Expands Digital Badge Program Across APAC IMEA

Global security manufacturer, Gallagher Security, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its innovative Digital Badge program across the Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, and Africa (APAC IMEA) region.

Following a successful launch and rollout in Australia and Papua New Guinea in 2023, Gallagher is now making the program available to Channel Partners and End Users throughout the rest of APAC IMEA.

The Digital Badge program, powered by Credly, a leading global platform for recognizing skills and achievements, awards verified digital badges to Channel Partners and End Users who successfully complete Gallagher training courses. These badges serve as a powerful way for recipients to showcase their expertise and celebrate their accomplishments.

Gallagher Security Training Manager for APAC and IMEA, Danielle Mitchell, expressed her enthusiasm: “We’re excited to bring this recognition program to technicians and End Users across APAC IMEA. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate their hard work and commitment to learning and development, while also demonstrating Gallagher’s unwavering support every step of the way.”

Digital badges act as electronic credentials, providing a visual and easily shareable online representation of an individual’s achievements. Embedded with rich metadata, these badges offer context, meaning, and a clear record of the activity undertaken to earn them. They are simple to manage, verified in real-time, and readily shared across various online platforms.

All Gallagher Security badges are meticulously verified and contain detailed information about the training course, participant qualifications, and the specific requirements for earning the badge. These badges are awarded upon successful completion of participating Channel Partner or End User training courses.

Credly’s technology adheres to the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global, ensuring seamless management, sharing, and digital verification of competencies.

Commitment to World-Class Training

“The expansion of the Digital Badge program underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering world-class training and workplace development opportunities that empower our Channel Partners and End Users, regardless of their location,” says Danielle.

Last year, Gallagher trained 3,200 Channel Partners and End Users across APAC IMEA. The Digital Badge program now provides these individuals with a valuable tool to highlight their expertise and bolster their credibility within the industry.
