Martini brings over three decades of experience to the table as a board-certified security leader. His expertise lies in crafting and directing enterprise risk, physical security, and resilience programs for vast and intricate organizations. His career has traversed diverse sectors, including finance, technology, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and manufacturing, with leadership roles in both corporate and consulting environments. Martini’s track record includes building and scaling global security programs, spearheading multi-region crisis responses, and managing large-scale technical security projects, such as enterprise access control and video management deployments.

A Familiar Face Returns

Most recently, Martini served as a Senior Security Consultant at Burns & McDonnell. He also held senior positions at Control Risks, Swiss Re, and Gemini, where he spearheaded significant improvements in security posture, compliance, and business continuity. Notably, Martini is no stranger to ZBeta, having previously contributed to the company as both a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant.
