Overview
You can use the CCTV Super Password app to generate a Super Password for Ronald Jack and other attendance devices. The process is simple: download the app → select brand → generate Super Password using device’s time → activate super password mode → enter the Super Password to access the highest-level admin menu.

Use the CCTV Super Password app to generate a Super Password for Ronald Jack and other attendance devices
- Download CCTV Super Password App
Download and install CCTV Super Password from Google Play / App Store.
- Select Device Brand
Open the app and select RONALD JACK from the brand list.
Choose the option Reset with Date Time. - Generate the Super Password
On the attendance device, check the Hour and Minute currently displayed.
In the app, enter the exact Hour and Minute.
Tap Generate / Get Super Password.
The app will give you a Super Password string.
⚠️ Important: The Super Password is time-based. It only works for the exact hour and minute shown on the device. - Activate Super Password Mode on the Device
On the device, go to the password input menu.
Enter8888(the code to activate Super Password mode).
The device will now prompt for the Super Password. - Enter the Super Password
Input the Super Password generated by the app.
Confirm. If correct, you will access the highest-level administrator menu (super admin).
