Gallagher Security Hires Matt Butts as Executive VP for the Americas

Gallagher Security has tapped Matt Butts as its new Executive Vice President for the Americas, effective September 15, signaling a major push for growth in the region. Butts brings over 25 years of experience in the security and software sectors to the role.

Butts has a proven track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams, with previous leadership positions at industry giants like Johnson Controls, Tyco Integrated Security, and ADT. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Global Security Sales at Transact Campus, spearheading global expansion efforts and solidifying the company’s position in key markets.

In his new role, Butts will be responsible for guiding Gallagher’s strategy and operations across North, Central, and South America as the company looks to expand its footprint in the region. He expressed enthusiasm for joining Gallagher, citing the company’s 85-year history and clear drive as major attractions.
